Stages two and three carry no ranking claim, because neither one controls where you rank. What they carry instead is a reporting commitment: if we cannot show you, in writing, which searches produced which named visitors and which calls closed which revenue, you can cancel on 30 days' notice with nothing owed beyond the current month.
