Stage one carries a 90-day ranking guarantee: if we don't move you up in the map pack within 90 days, you don't pay for stage one.
Stages two and three carry no ranking claim, because neither one controls where you rank. What they carry instead is a reporting commitment: if we cannot show you, in writing, which searches produced which named visitors and which calls closed which revenue, you can cancel on 30 days' notice with nothing owed beyond the current month.
